⚠️YOUTH BOXING CLASSES ⚠️

🫵Do you want to help your teenager build confidence, improve fitness, discipline and resilience?

Boxing is for everyone and attracts people from all walks of life. Whether your looking to keep your kids off the streets and away from trouble or simply looking for a fun way to keep them fit, boxing has much to offer youngsters.

Classes for 12-17 year old youths are running every Wednesday and Friday 1700-1800 at TOD gym & Martial arts in Polbeth.

12 WEEK BODY TRANSFORMATION

Lukasz was looking to shift a few lockdown pounds and get back in shape.

Lukasz wanted to increase his strength and build some muscle but he also wanted to drop body fat and improve his conditioning for an eventual return to BJJ when restrictions start to ease. We agreed a training schedule where Lukasz would do pt with me 4 days per week. Sessions were spilt between 2 x strength/ hypertrophy and 2 x per week utilising a mix of metabolic training methods where we would really focus on building his engine. Every week we aimed for small progressions whether it be an extra rep, more weight on the bar or in the case of our circuit training it would be longer intervals, an extra round or greater rpm on the tornado bike etc

Well done Lukasz you put in the work, stayed consistent with your eating habits and gave your all to every session. The hard work has paid off!

Lukasz smashing his 5x3 squats at 130kg. We used the safety bar for squatting rather than the regular barbell due to Lukasz having limited mobility in his shoulder.
