Meal prep done for the week.

I've struggled the past few months with eating right as a result I've lost 32lbs (it's all muscle that I've spent years gaining...Trust me, this is as devastating to me as gaining 32lbs of fat would be!)

So, no more...its 2 weeks into the new year and it's time to get myself into good habits again.

Ball squat activation 5 x 15 (not videoed)
Sumo pulses 5 x 15
Hip thrust 5 x 12
Straight leg dead lift 5 x 12
Reverse lunge 5 x 8 (not videoed)
Wanna shape your bum? You gotta train it HARD! our bums aka our glutes are the biggest muscle in the body and they like to be worked! Make sure yours are ready with some activation exercises prior to your working sets, then inundate them with volume and weight! Have a go at this high volume workout (can be done at home with just dumbbells) and really focus on contracting and squeezing those bum muscles throughout every movement. Enjoy!
