Meal prep done for the week.
I've struggled the past few months with eating right as a result I've lost 32lbs (it's all muscle that I've spent years gaining...Trust me, this is as devastating to me as gaining 32lbs of fat would be!)
So, no more...its 2 weeks into the new year and it's time to get myself into good habits again.
