Focused weightlifting and resistance training sessions designed to build strength, improve muscle tone, and increase confidence in the gym. Our coaches place a strong emphasis on technique to ensure safe and effective progress.

New to fitness? Feeling nervous about joining a group session? This class is the perfect starting point. Learn the fundamentals, build confidence, improve movement patterns, and prepare yourself for our wider group training programme in a friendly, supportive environment.
🤝 CIRCUITS & TEAM WORKOUTS
Saturday mornings are all about fitness and fun! Expect a mix of circuits, partner workouts, team challenges, “You Go, I Go” sessions and more. A great way to start the weekend, meet new people, and enjoy training together.

Train like a HYROX athlete with sessions designed to improve your running, functional fitness, strength, and endurance. Whether you’re preparing for an event or simply want a new challenge, these workouts can be adapted to suit all abilities.
