Whether you’re taking your very first step into fitness, returning after a break, or looking to push your performance to the next level, we’ve got a session for you at Transform Fitness – The People’s Gym.

Our group training timetable has been designed to cater for all ages, abilities, and fitness goals, with expert coaching and a supportive community that will help you succeed.

🔥 TRANSFORM
Our signature metcon-style training session combining functional fitness, strength training, and HIIT for maximum results. Every workout is expertly programmed to improve strength, endurance, fitness, and overall wellbeing. Scalable for all fitness levels, so everyone can get involved.

💪 STRENGTH
Focused weightlifting and resistance training sessions designed to build strength, improve muscle tone, and increase confidence in the gym. Our coaches place a strong emphasis on technique to ensure safe and effective progress.

🌟 BEGINNERS FOUNDATIONS
New to fitness? Feeling nervous about joining a group session? This class is the perfect starting point. Learn the fundamentals, build confidence, improve movement patterns, and prepare yourself for our wider group training programme in a friendly, supportive environment.

🤝 CIRCUITS & TEAM WORKOUTS
Saturday mornings are all about fitness and fun! Expect a mix of circuits, partner workouts, team challenges, “You Go, I Go” sessions and more. A great way to start the weekend, meet new people, and enjoy training together.

🏃 HYROX
Train like a HYROX athlete with sessions designed to improve your running, functional fitness, strength, and endurance. Whether you’re preparing for an event or simply want a new challenge, these workouts can be adapted to suit all abilities.

🧘 MORE YOGA & PILATES COMING TO TRANSFORM FITNESS! ✨

Due to the incredible popularity of our Sunday Yoga sessions, we’re excited to be expanding our timetable with additional Yoga and Pilates classes!

Starting Sunday 21st June, our new schedule will be:

🧘 Yoga
• Wednesday – 7:30pm
• Sunday – 10:00am

🤸 Pilates
• Friday – 10:30am
• Sunday – 9:00am

Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, build core strength, reduce stress, or simply make more time for yourself each week, these sessions are a fantastic addition to your fitness routine.

✅ Included with all Class Memberships
✅ Open to both members and non-members
✅ Just £10 per session for non-members

You don’t need to be a gym member to join us—everyone is welcome! Whether you’re completely new to Yoga or Pilates or already have experience, our classes are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve your overall wellbeing.
