Pro Soccer Assessor for young soccer players male or female age 15 to 22

Having seen the amount of kids all over the USA that are asking for help and advice around their soccer game.

Many siting their belief as to their coach playing them in the wrong position.

Also asking why they have not moved on so got better.

Mom and Dad can see this but do not know where to turn.

So not looking for any other way.

They carry on.

With soccer scholarships up for grabs the prize is huge.

With that in mind, I ask you to place your trust in my knowledge.

I am making available to all Mom's and Dads of soccer kids age 14 to 22.

My personal list of what a player needs to work on when on the field of play.

There are 40 on field subject matter their child needs to work on. yes 40

I break down each and everyone writing on each subject.

I will do this in a fortnightly email to Mom and Dad.

Of the 40 some they will be strong at others weak at even many they don't even know they are good at and some they believe they are strong in.

When to an assessor like myself can see they are not strong in some of them at all in fact they are stopping themselves from improving.

This also works the other way I see plenty of young players having a certain strength, yet do not use that strength as much as they should.

I am doing this to improve their all round game.

I am testing the water so to speak I have the knowledge they need to learn.

Coaches coach they are good at coaching. They gain their badges for taking and passing courses on drills with a group of players.

Not for assessing players of that they have little to no knowledge though in fairness they believe they have this skill.

Now that is why the player is played out of position or not improving to their desired affect.
if Mom's and Dads believe they can see it why does the coach see the player isn't moving on with their game also.

A lot of young players are left disheartened.

They are trusting people who do not have the skill they need it really is that simple.

I am not a coach I am an assessor as to the players on field game.

I look at the bigger picture with attention to detail on their on field game.

My passion has come from witnessing so many “good” young players losing their way for one reason or another and some even giving up. These players & parents need to be shown there is another way.
This is not about getting to professional level though if you have the desire commitment to do so I will certainly help you try to reach your dream.
My work especially in the USA is preparing young players for the scholarship trails.
Giving you the edge when those trails start.
Most sports have one to one tutors, football in-part, because it’s a team sport doesn’t offer this, but as Brian has shown it is possible to mentor a player to the next level. I use the skills taken from working for professional clubs, to show young players just what is needed with their on-field game.

I have taken young female player Nicole Robertson 21 year old striker out of San Diego from Purdue State Univ USA to Bronby Women Denmark ranked 5th best women’s team in Europe. Within 2 years of working with her .
Young Luke Mellon 17 years old from Canadian MLS Soccer to being noticed and contacted by clubs in three European country’s Holland Belgium and Germany all within 10 months of working with him.

I myself have thought through & devised a strategy following on from my work at professional clubs in the UK. I have taken that skill, by creating and delivering simple techniques. Also a different mind-set to these young players. The process, if followed correctly can bring about results very quickly so set you apart from other players on the park, improving your play & tactical knowledge. Ideal for young players wanting to impress at university trails day in the USA.

I was the one person a player needed to impress. Now I show and tell them just what they are doing wrong but also right.
I create individual player evaluation reports, I will then talk it through over Skype as well as in person if possible. I am contacted by players /parents who feel are not getting the best out of the coaching, they know their child can do better, they just don't know there is another way.

I am aware that coaches’use marks to evaluate your son /daughter so for example Pace 4, strength 6, skill 6, these tell you nothing at all. Whereas my reports will actually put into words those marks .I report to you just where you have to improve (practice) or stop, or do more as that part of your game is great you just don’t do it enough.
All my players in a short space of time start to improve, so are confident when on the field.
These are the three products I offer.
Product One Monthly Evaluation. available 24 /7 for the whole month
Fee paid on the first of every month. I am available 24 /7 to watch games you video send to me and then report to both the young player and parents within days. No contract you are tied to. So no pressure to tie yourself into something you don’t really understand.
Product Two Send me two 90 mins games, I will evaluate the player with an attention to detail report .Once you have the report we skype and I talk both the player and parents through it. That is a one off fee. The player goes away and works on that report.
Product Three I can evaluate a team so all 11 that start the game. This is report ideal for USA High school /University coaches or teams with every player in that team having a paragraph wrote on them as to their game so a few strengths/ weakness .I will also report to the coach if in my opinion a player should be tried in a different position to strengthen the team.
All of the above I will clearly explain why I want you to do this or stop doing that.
Coaches set drills and pass test so as to get certificates for their level of coaching Unfortunately they then believe they can see a player reference to position weakness and so on .I have many parents contacting me about this very problem .These parents do not know where to go or even that there is another way That’s is where I excel.

I have taken Nicole from Purdue state Uni to professional soccer player playing in Denmark.
This season Nicole stats were played 21 scored 42 with 20 assist .A talented young female soccer player I believe should be in the USA soccer squad. Our Journey Continues ,,,

Nicole on her way back from her injury. Having been taken off in last weekend game. Nicole took treatment ,she tells me the rest has done her good. Nicole Training ,15 months ago time 06 30 in the morning San Diego 5 days a week, for 90 mins this is a clip she did for me ,on some points I wanted her to be more consistent at ,You judge !!!!! This is discipline drive and desire all rolled into one ,oh yes and then there is the skills .Top draw.
