DJC's first session back!

I realized as i started to write this post that it was January since the last time anything 'report' wise had been put on here, There for over the next few days i will publish a half yearly report and considering the circumstances, we have had a lot going on! Travis Stevens, U.S. Judo Athlete will be delivering our next DJC Zoom Class on Wednesday the 10th of June at 5pm BST,

It will consist of 30-45 mins of training with 15 mins of a Q&A at the end so think of some good ones, you will probably need your Uchi Komi Bands, we will send out the code on the day

''Meet Travis Stevens aka ‘The Judo Silencer’.
Stevens is an American Judoka who competed in the 2008, 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. He took Silver at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro
He also went through all the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu belts under John Danaher in under 18 months. That’s faster than BJ Penn and Caio Terra.
Unfortunately, the International Judo Federation does not allow Stevens, or any ranked Judo players, from competing in BJJ tournaments.
In Judo he is currently ranked top 5 in the world and he is considered by many the greatest American male Judo athlete.

He has many accomplishments in both sports. Stevens trains at the Renzo Gracie Academy in New York City with several elite athletes. He has also opened up his own school in Boston, Massachusetts on January 12, 2013. Travis also teaches at Renzo Gracie Fort Lee in New Jersey

Travis will be live from America to coach all of our DJC members
