Kathryn Bray Fit I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, accredited by REPS. Not currently offering training, but coming later in 2017!]

I offer 1:1 Personal Training sessions, which are adapted and suited to your individual needs and goals. I mainly focus on strength training, and my primary goal is to introduce more women to lifting weights in order to make the changes they wish to see to their bodies. Whether your goal is to; lose weight, reduce body fat, increase muscle mass, increase strength and performance, increase general

fitness and/or just stay active, I am able to design an individually tailored programme to help you reach your goals - and then surpass them! I am also offering a selection of online personal training options, for those who perhaps cannot fit in-person coaching into their schedule. These range from one-off personal programme design, to weekly or monthly coaching, and (coming in the near future) eight week guides/challenges. I want to create a community of strong girls, so am always trying to create new, efficient and cost-effective ways to reach and influence women.
