Fi Baker Spirit and Strength Fitness

Fi Baker Spirit and Strength Fitness Yoga teacher and PT working from Unit8Gym Fi trained in Greece with Transformational Hatha Yoga and gained her 200 Hour Teacher training certification.

She is registered with Yoga Alliance International, India's first International alliance. Classes are run online in our private group. They run on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then are saved for you to join when its convenient to you. Classes are personal and friendly and I encourage you to work to your own goals. Classes are £22 a month which works out at £2.50 a class.

All functionally fit.

I workout to live (I also live to workout)

But life's not just in the gym.
Its outside.
Whats the point in a PB if you cant climb the stairs without being out of breath!

In top left I couldn't run a KM
In the Right hand pic I can run 5K

Ps for those working in stone there's a 2 stone difference between top L and bottom L

I cannot reiterate enough... skinny is not the answer!

Transformational Hatha Yoga combines breathwork (pranayama) Mantra (chanting) and asana (yoga poses)
