YOGA AND SOUND BATH

Last one of the year!

🗓️Saturday 10th October
🕰️5-7pm

Come and spend a beautiful and nurturing two hours with me, stretching and flowing from top to toe in a safe and loving environment.

We will mobilise, strengthen and stretch your full body, then relax in low lights for a calming and stress relieving sound bath.

It really is an incredible experience for your body and soul 💚

If you don’t fall asleep during the sound bath, you are guaranteed a wonderful sleep that night ✨

There are only 10 spaces available so please contact me asap to book.

Only £20 per person.

Yoga mats and eye masks. Feel free to bring a blanket/onsie/duvet for the sound bath. We are getting super cosy ☺️

This could be applied to many things in life…..but I’ll just stick to talking about pole! 😀

Newbies, I see you! Even polers that have been going for a while but still not tried the heels class, booked a photoshoot etc 👀

It all boils down to fear, and it’s just the unknown, not actually something scary!

Scared of being judged? F**k that! It’s your life and people will judge you no matter what, so do what makes you happy!
Scared that you’ll fail? So what if you do? Life will go on and it’s scarier to not take risks.

So whatever it is that’s scaring you, stop making excuses and take a little risk (book the pole class)! This is your sign 😀🩷

🍂Now is the perfect time to start pole classes 🍂

🍁It’s getting darker earlier and there are less evening plans, bbqs, holidays etc. Who wants to waste time on the sofa when you could be in the studio?
🍁Get your schedule back on track after a hectic summer. Time to focus, set targets and goals and build lasting fitness habits
🍁It’s not too hot or cold. You can work on your tricks and grip strength in perfect temperatures ready to face colder/hotter days with strong foundations
🍁Christmas presents this year will be incredible! No more crappy slippers and gift sets….think beautiful heels, sparkly pole clothes, pole grips and vouchers for membership
🍁Combat winter blues with a hit of endorphins
