Do you ever feel like you need to rest but you don't have the space at home?

Or maybe you have the space but not quite the practice that allows you to relax and restore?

Well, I have got the space for you!

I am at Space to Move, in Plymouth, every month on the 3rd Sundays holding a Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra class. (Link in bio and below)

This is a beautiful space where I will guide you with the breath and with the deeply supportive restorative poses so that you can truly rest relax and restore.

This is your invitation to pause. A chance to step away from the doing and simply be.

Perhaps this is your calling to receive the rest that your body craves.
Or perhaps this is a regular practice for you, a calling to return to a space where you can and be filled with more peace for the month ahead.

Whatever the reason that draws you to this restful class I am here for you, holding a safe space allowing you to truly rest relax and restore.

🎧 Breathe

The breathe carries us through all life's situations and is the gateway to a calmer nervous system.

In my monthly Restoration Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes we use the breath as a foundation for rest and relaxation.

It supports us in the stillness of the poses, accompanies us through the transitions between them, and carries us into the deep rest of yoga nidra.

This short breathing practice is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with your breath.

Summer is a beautiful season.
For many of us it can feel easier to move, find joy and engage in our passions.

You may notice the energy of the season becoming more open, expansive, and outward-moving.

It can feel easier to get out into the world, connect with others, make plans, and follow what lights you up.

Summer brings so much joy as we move toward what fulfils us most.

Yet alongside all of the brightness and activity, it’s important to balance the
Yang energy of doing with moments of
Yin rest, presence, and restoration.

Because summer can feel so alive and full,
it’s easy to overextend ourselves or cling tightly to all the joy there is to experience.

So this season, I invite you to welcome moments of pause, softness, and deep relaxation
alongside the fullness of life, allowing joy to be experienced with more ease, presence, and contentment.

Sunday’s laughter yoga session at the Mind Body Spirit Festival was PURE JOY 😄✨

A huge group of us laughing together with Sunny Turner from Serious Laughter — the energy was electric and the post-laughter buzz was REAL.

Helping out with the session and seeing so many people open up, connect, and leave smiling reminded me just how powerful laughter can be.

Honestly, I couldn’t recommend laughter yoga more 💛

Have you ever noticed your energy shifting across the week?

I came across a simple visual of this rhythm… and it made me pause.

For many of us, there are clear waves,
building energy, peak output,
and then a natural softening back towards rest.

Yet we often move through the week as if we’re meant to stay the same.

It can be supportive to notice these patterns in ourselves, especially in quieter moments.

Because this awareness gently shifts something…
not by forcing change, but by working with our natural flow.

Perhaps your energy follows something similar, or maybe it looks completely different.
