Sleep struggles? You’re not alone… and you don’t have to just “wait it out.” 😅
We’re really pleased to have Lucy, our toddler sleep coach, in with us on the last Friday of every month at Wild Things Play Project.
Lucy works with families of little ones aged 1–5, helping with real-life sleep challenges — no harsh methods, no unrealistic routines… just practical support that actually fits around family life.
She can help with things like:
🌙 Bedtime battles that seem to go on forever
🌙 Little ones waking multiple times a night
🌙 5am starts becoming the norm (we feel you 😴)
🌙 Nap transitions and dropping naps altogether
🌙 Sleep regressions, separation anxiety, and tricky routines
🌙 Moving from cot to bed without chaos
If sleep has become a bit of a struggle at home, this is a really supportive, judgement-free place to start.
