You’ve got a £15 budget to pick a full outfit for each other… and you HAVE to wear what your partner chooses🔥

Show up at 8PM already dressed in your masterpiece because we’ve got games, challenges, and some chaotic fun lined up.

🚨 NO OUTFIT = NO ENTRY 🚨
If you’re not wearing your charity shop fit, you’re not coming in. No excuses.

⏰ 1–3pm
This session is women’s only, creating a space where you can train, learn and enjoy boxing in a comfortable and supportive environment 🤍 If you feel more confident training without men, this one’s especially for you.

You’ll be doing continuous drills, lots of moving, and short rounds to keep things intense.
It doesn’t involve bags or pad work, the focus is purely on conditioning.
Suitable for all abilities.

More technical and conditioning focused, aimed at people who already have the basics down.
We work on higher-level drills, combinations and overall conditioning. You don’t need to be a competitive boxer, but you should be comfortable with standard combos and footwork.
If you want to progress your boxing and train at a slightly higher intensity, this session is a good fit.
