New Year, new you?
Look, we all have every intention of sticking to the resolutions we make at this time of year. We wouldn't even state them out loud if they weren't in some way important.
It doesn't mean sticking with them isn't difficult though, of course not.
So why not make a simple nutrition choice this year that you can stick to and could have a big impact? I've been using Huel () for one or two of my daily meals since 2017 and I will continue to do so in 2025.
Why?
Simplicity and convenience, mainly. A fully balanced meal in a few mins.
Cost / Up front cost. The initial outlay seems large but then so would all the coffees/teas/snacks/vices if you paid for them outright at the beginning of the month. When you balance it out, however, Huel dramatically reduces my monthly food expenditure.
Taste. Since 2017, Huel have really upped their game with a much wider and improved range of meals and flavours. I've been with them from the start, almost, and wouldn't eat it if it didn't taste good.
Calorie counting. As the effects of December's indulgences need remedying, being able to keep an eye on the calories I'm taking in is important to me. At 400kcal for 2 scoops of a meal, it's mega simple to keep on track
