With the 4 week lockdown coming up (hopefully it won't be longer) unfortunatley Saturdays Bootcamp and in person personal training will be coming to a stop temporarily.

Saturdays session will be joining the midweek sessions being delivered via zoom. Sessions will be held:

Monday 6pm
Thursday 6pm
Saturday 9am
