At The Gym Group we’re honouring Black History Month by passing the mic to black artists.​

This year’s theme is ‘time for change: action not words,’ and signifies not only a time to acknowledge the contributions of black people within the UK, but for continued action to ensure black history and people are represented within media and wider society.​

At The Gym Group we want to provide an opportunity to uplift black voices, celebrating a selection of both up & coming and established black artists in a playlist for our members.

✨Customer service superheroes and superstars 🦸🦸🏾⭐️💫

🥳All of The Gym Plymouth Team have been awarded member service superhero or superstar status.

🤩Through July between them they collectively achieved a record number of member service celebration recognitions from you, our members.

🥳The average was one per day, to us that is pretty impressive!

😍We love to recognise them for their hard work and we appreciate it that you, our members take the time to fill out the survey emailed to you, letting us know when one or all of the team has helped you.

🤩So, if one of our team is a superhero or superstar and helps you, please dig into your emails and give them the highly satisfied and 5 star recognition they deserve

Please note, not all team members have been photographed due to annual leave and sickness.

We are having our 6-monthly gym refresh the start of next week.

During this refresh we will be doing lots of background maintenance that can't be done when we are open.

This means we will be closed from 08/08/22 8am to 10/08/22 8am - your PINs will work at the Plymouth Laira Bridge gym during this time.
