We’ve got so many exciting activities planned to keep everyone entertained over the holidays! 🌞✨

🌞 A little summer reminder 🌞

As we’re welcoming lots of wonderful new faces this summer, we’d just like to remind everyone that our maximum rider weight limit is 12 stone.

We understand this may not suit everyone, and we genuinely wish we could accommodate more riders. However, this limit is based on the size and build of our horses, along with our insurance requirements.

Our horses’ welfare will always come first, so we reserve the right to weigh riders either when booking or on the day if needed.

Please know this is never about judging anyone. It’s simply about doing what’s right for our horses and keeping everyone safe.

Unfortunately, if you arrive on the day and do not meet our rider requirements, your deposit will be non-refundable, as it is too short notice for us to fill your booking space. We completely understand this may be disappointing, which is why we kindly ask everyone to check they meet our requirements before booking.

💛 A Small Request to Our Wonderful Customers 💛

As a small business, we rely heavily on every booking made with us. Unfortunately, we have recently seen an increase in weekend no-shows, and today alone we had four bookings that didn’t attend.

To put that into perspective, the income from those bookings would cover a week’s worth of hay for our horses. As a community-focused organisation rather than a profit-driven one, every missed booking has a significant impact on our ability to continue providing the experiences you all enjoy.

It’s not only the financial loss that affects us. Today, we also had to turn away six customers because we were fully booked, only for those spaces to go unused.

We have always tried to keep our booking system as flexible and trusting as possible by only asking for a deposit. However, due to the increasing number of no-shows, we have made the difficult decision to introduce full payment at the time of booking for all future reservations.

The only exception will be bookings for parties of six or more, where a deposit option will still be available.

We know this may be disappointing for many of our loyal customers who always attend their bookings, and we are truly grateful for your continued support, understanding, and kindness. Your support helps us care for our horses and keep doing what we love.
