WOW the studio is looking so fresh and beautiful! I walked in this morning for my private class I felt instantly relaxed and calm. I feel so privileged to be teaching yoga in a space like this 🙌

Jules Laville YOGA and the whole team have done an incredible job - I’ve loved pitching in on some painting and a bit of awesome carpentry! Definitely worth a visit to feel the zen for yourself, go on book a class! ✨

Last month I attended a powerfully peaceful Forest Bathing Workshop. I felt my nervous system totally relax as Sidney thoughtfully guided us through what to expect, the history of the practice, curated activities and tasks, discussion and silence.

We were excited how yoga would add even more to this experience and so we have decided to team up and create a special half-day of forest bathing and yoga, as an indulgent but necessary retreat from busy, urban life.

The two words that sum up this experience for me are calm and connection-so if you feel like you need some of that in your life please join us this Sunday!

Bit of a different post from me - I had the best time working with my fiancé to create this new storage seating for Space To Move, creative thinking and problem solving, hands on skill and lots of learning from the pro!

Very excited to watch and be part of the big refresh taking place at my favourite yoga studio! 👏 you’ll have to wait for the ‘after’ photos!

You don’t need experience of either of these practices; the whole relaxing morning will be guided by Sidney [Forest Bathing SW] and Martha so all you need to do is come as you are and experience the wonders that can be found through connecting with nature and slowing down.
