Based at the Life Centre in Plymouth. The West Country Hawks Wheelchair Rugby Club are always looking for new players, sponsorship, volunteers etc. Training is 6-7 PM on Monday Evenings at The Life Centre. Come along and give it ago.

Words can't say how proud we are of our fellow Hawk, , for releasing his brand-new book, Jackdaw Affliction! 🦅🩹

This inspiring novel is based on personal experiences dealing with Ataxia—a rare disability that changes every aspect of an individual's life. What is truly incredible is that Sam wrote this entire book in just a single year! ✍️💨

It was a pleasure to attend .library to hear him read a section and explain the "behind the scenes" of his author's journey. Hearing what motivated him to make that leap was powerful. 💪

The Hawks have just won their first game of the WR5s League 1 season! 🏆 It was a hard-fought battle against stampede_wr , and every single player put everything they had on the court. 💯🧑‍🦽

Well done to everyone today it was tough and intense day! Everyone played really well!

It's great to see how such a new inexperienced team have grown together. Even with a few players short they still managed to hold their own and put up a good fight. So incredibly proud!

With the only way being up we are all excited to see where we go next!

You were the ones who carried this club when things were at their toughest. You managed the foundations, the finances, and the future of the Hawks at our lowest points. Because of your dedication and the weight you carried in these roles, we don’t just exist—we thrive. 📈

Because of you, we are seen. We are heard. We have a space to grow, to set goals, and to dream big. Over these last few months, we’ve grown so much more than just our numbers; we’ve become a family that transcends the rugby court. 🤝❤️
