Reach your individual athletic goals - whether that be better athletic performance, improve strength, improve fitness, move better, postnatal recovery, and anything in between - with my ULTIMATE package.
Built on results from what your individual body actually needs, by looking at it’s anatomy, it’s functional and dysfunctional areas, it’s lifestyle and training demands, it’s current physiological balance and the equipment and facilities available to you. I collect these results from a full consultation, and a full body Biomechanical Screening. I then formulate the results and create a full 6 week training plan designed to not only target the areas highlighted in the screening so to reduce to the risk of injury, but also to reach your own personal goals.
This can be used alongside sport specific training for any athlete, from any sport, as their strength and conditioning plan. Or it can be a full training program for those who currently don’t participate in a specific sport but have goals they would like to achieve.
You will receive,
• 1 hour 30 minute session for Biomechanical screening and consultation
• 6 week S&C training plan
• 1 hour session to deliver training plan and explain all the exercises involved.
• Messaging service via WhatsApp for support or questions, and weekly check in’s.
Up to 7 working days to receive results and full training plan.
