Taste like Nandos but more veg, less calories and lighter on the wallet, I'd also argue quicker.

My goal the last few weeks has been simple

EAT MORE !

Specifically in the form of vegetables, to help keep me fuller for longer, and prevent me having those nightly magnums 🍦!

From a psychological point of view, with my plates looking so full, it feels like I've got loooads of food, which makes me happy.

And eating more ( of the beneficial, nutritionally dense foods) will provide me with more energy to help me get through the day & push harder in my training.

Leading to...one step closer to my goals!

A fun form of cardio, thst brings out plenty of laughter.

The boxing pads is a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, agility, core stability and mental focus.

Pairing the sparring with 5 down to 1 reps on bodyweight exercises, to keep heart rates & spirits high.

πŸ‘‹ We say goodbye to Akhtar for a couple of weeks, and this lady left with a bang, doing double sessions! Super impressive!

πŸ‘‹ Welcome back to Fiona, who was thrown in the deep end with the session and the damp morning, but she still left smiling.

Fajitas!!🌢

A great source of protein - chicken, quorn, beef or prawns.

Tons of vegetables - onions, tomatoes, peppers, chilli's.

Low calorie wraps, pittas or even garlic bread.

Paired with a huge salad - lettuce, spinach, more peppers, more onions, cucumber, more tomatoes, spring onions. Greater volume but low calories, making us feel fuller for longer.

Covered in a selection of herbs & spices...job done!

Cook double portions to feed you for lunch and/or dinner the next day.

Super simple. Super delicious. Super nutritious.

🍳Balanced, healthy meals do not need to be complicated or fancy.

Another day racing for a velcro patch !

3mins off a pb, but in that heat...so proud of us!

Thank you for sharing another hour of torment with me πŸ˜… There's no one else I'd like to run, sweat, swear, jump, carry, push, pull and chuck water at!

Once again - the body is a powerful thing, but the mind is something else! It's all about mindset, train your mind and your body will follow!

Thank you .dozen & for hosting an incredible event. Brilliant encouragement from the judges. Next year can we suggest gazebos & supersoakers ! πŸ’§ 🚿 πŸ˜…

It's so easy to taint special memories,the second you come home, with panic of weight gain and falling off track.

But it doesn't have to be like this!

If your lifestyle consists of manageable, sustainable, enjoyable habits, that you can easily fall back into, that panic won't exist.

For me,

Nutrition - I increase the amount of fruit and vegetable I eat, and I return to home cooked meals that I know and love.

Hydration - I fill up my 2 litre water bottle each day and take it everywhere with me. This acts as a visual reminder to drink.

Movement - I return to parking further away, walking breaks in between clients, stretching once a day and doing the workouts I enjoy.

None of that is crazy, but all of it is sustainable and helps to reduce the unnecessary guilt from making memories.

A week of fuelling my body and enjoying it at the same time.

My current TOP TIP if you want to eat more food for less calories, if you want to feel fuller for longer, but not sluggish...VEGETABLES!

Even with my fish fingers and burgers, I've added a side salad, alongside my meatball meal was carrot sticks, and fajitas are always packed with onions, peppers, tomatoes and a few too many 🌢!

Don't underestimate the benefits of vegetables.

1. Do not let your mood stand in your way!
2. Trust yourself more than technology!

Still full of pride for what I achieved on 1st May 2026, this was the bookend to 4 horrendously challenging months.

I truly feel the epitome of a STRONG WOMAN πŸ’ͺ
I do hard things. I survive hard things. I thrive through hard things. Go me!!!
