Bank Holiday, Monday 19th we will operate normal opening hours 0600-2100.
From 1100 we will switch off the music and will be showing the funeral on our projector upstairs.

Challenge 4 of 4: Kernow Killer is here 🙌.
16 of us will take on 30 obstacles over 10km in what looks to be beautiful sunshine 🤞.

Challenge 4 of 4 for 2022 is next weekend 🙌.
So far we've Deadlifted for 24hrs, Rode 60km and Ran 13.1 miles 😵‍💫. Along the way we've raised £2000 for various charities so thank you.
The last challenge is 10km of mud, water and obstacles with he largest group so far (18 of us).

A members shout out today to Ash Hargreaves and fiance Nicole Raddon. They have just signed themselves onto the Lost Hours Walk and will be following a short but tough route; the route Ash walked at his lowest point, but thankfully for all, made it home from. They'll be donating funds raised to charity Calm Zone, a link will be shared on our stories for those that would like to donate.
