💚 Attention Rockfitties and Bendy people 💜 - Unfortunately due to the current situation Manadon Sports and Community Hub has had to shut it's doors TEMPORARILY to the public inline with government guidelines. 😔 Please stay positive - if we follow the guidelines this could be over in no time! I will miss you guys like crazy but will post updates and maybe even challenges if you like in the RockFit with Jade group and Stretch with Jade group to keep you dancing and stretching your cares away. Hey everyone I'm back this evening and tonight's class WILL be going ahead! I'm closely following government guidelines and advice from our venue, Manadon Sports and Community Hub on covid-19 and will post updates accordingly - The room will be well ventilated, there are handwashing facilities and no equipment will be shared, but if you do not feel well, please do not attend as your health and safety comes first.
