RUN WITH MED 💪🏻💚

This man needs all the support he can get right now / rain or shine we're currently still aiming to get tomorrows 50k done ✔️ which will be number 5 out of the 12..

members will be joining at 7am 8am and 9am to hopefully give him a extra boost every hour!

The route is already planned and will be posted on our story later / ten 5k laps is the aim and most of which is flat or slightly downhill 💪🏻

Remember there's absolutely no pressure on pace / just come and show your love and create awareness for JDRF 🙏🏼💚

Brand new kit ordered for our open gym here at 😍

Another step in the right direction for us / as always we're aiming for nothing but the best.

To celebrate the arrival on some special new bits of kit we're creating space for 5 new members 🙏🏼

Open from 5.30am till 9pm Monday - Friday & 6.30 till lunch time on the weekends / £30 a month with 0 joining fee and 0 contract 😊
