One of our favourite classes, and it’s easy to see why. 💦

Aqua aerobics runs three times a week, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, led by one of our own leisure team. It’s low impact and gentle on the joints, but don’t let that fool you, it’s a proper workout that builds strength, improves cardiovascular fitness and leaves you feeling genuinely good afterwards.

Suitable for all ages and abilities, it’s also one of those classes that draws a really lovely crowd. Familiar faces, a bit of laughter, and the pool doing a lot of the heavy lifting.

Coming to the spa this April, our spa team are offering something a little different, and your back will thank you for it.

Back Rescue is our signature treatment for the month, a full 55-minute experience that works just like a facial, but for the skin you tend to forget about.

Starting with a cleanse and exfoliation, moving into a back massage, then a hydrating mask while the backs of your legs get some attention too. Properly thorough and genuinely lovely. 🤍

Available throughout April for £40 (usually £65). Why not add a spa day for just £20 more.
