One of our favourite classes, and it’s easy to see why. 💦
Aqua aerobics runs three times a week, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, led by one of our own leisure team. It’s low impact and gentle on the joints, but don’t let that fool you, it’s a proper workout that builds strength, improves cardiovascular fitness and leaves you feeling genuinely good afterwards.
Suitable for all ages and abilities, it’s also one of those classes that draws a really lovely crowd. Familiar faces, a bit of laughter, and the pool doing a lot of the heavy lifting.
