Rimmer's Boatyard was established in 1972 and the sole proprietor is Pam Rimmer, ably assisted by her family. Between the family, we have a number of adjoining yards, each having different characteristics and offering a range of storage services"

We've finished craning boats into the boatyard for winter storage. Let's all batten down the hatches!!

Storage Space Available: Following some unexpected last minute cancellations, we have a few spaces left for the winter for boats coming by road. We can also store caravans, horse boxes, vehicles etc!

Measured at Rame Head, the highest wind today was at 06:57 at 79.1 knots (91mph), which is well over the lower limit of Hurricane Force 12. In the creek, it was rough! Spray was driving from waves in clouds and hitting Stonehall Flats. All boats on nearby moorings are fine, as were those in the boatyard for the winter.
