Updated timetable, effective 23 February 2026. Please note the changes to Monday, Tuesday and Fridays during the day. The Wednesday and Thursday 11:00 - 12:00 BJJ session will be taken by Sam Crook. Additionally, there are changes to a Tuesday and a Thursday evening on the striking mat. Any issues, please let me know. Thanks!
