In this role you will provide administrative and customer service support within the marketing department of a busy training and consultancy agency based in Plympton.

In this role you will:

-Answer telephone and deal with queries, delivering messages to appropriate persons

-Assist with organising and attending events

-Assist with target market research – conducting market research in the form of questionnaires/focus group research and reporting to the marketing team on this customer insight

Eden Clinic are now offering an exciting opportunity for a confident individual to train as a Customer Service Practitioner within a medical aesthetics clinic based in the City Centre. Your role will be varied and busy. You will be assisting with all aspects of general administration to ensure the business runs smoothly.

Some of your day to day responsibilities may include:

This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to learn from the IT Team and grow in their knowledge and experience. The position will provide exposure to a variety of technologies, allowing the candidate to get fully immersed in an exciting and challenging role.

In this role you will support the business development and marketing team. Some of your day to day responsibilities include:

✔️Answering telephone and deal with queries, delivering messages to appropriate persons
✔️Dealing with customers through face to face and email interaction
✔️Contributing to the efficiency of the organisation through support of functional areas
✔️Booking customers on to training courses
✔️Supporting apprentices to apply for opportunities
✔️Working with local businesses

This position is for an immediate start. For students in year 11 of full-time education, please still apply for this post as you will still be considered for the role when you have completed your exams
