Tonight Mui Faa Wing Chun Plymouth is back open at the YMCA Plymouth. Thanks to this chap for giving me a well deserved kick up the arse and getting us open again. Its been a tough year but only good is coming out of it. Looking forward to seeing my students again.

Hi folks, I'm trying to raise £5000 to help Alan Chapplow Hale covering the uninsured portion of Lottie's veterinary bills which have stung him for a whopping £5000 out of his own pocket after the pet insurance only covered the first £7000 of the £12,000 bill.

If you know Alan, you'll know he's lost enough in recent times and Lottie his beautiful dog has and still is getting him through the worst time of his life.
