This will blow your mind!

We went on holiday with this couple after only meeting them for 1 day? Complete strangers, who became friends - in one day!

How did that happen? They were on their last day and we were on our first. We got chatting and after our holiday, we both kept in touch

They visited us when they came down on holiday where we lived and then we decided we'd book a holiday together. When you met people, you just know if they are your people, Graham and Sharon were our people. We lived at either end of the UK 🇬🇧

In 2022 we spent a week together on another Mediterranean cruise. It was amazing, plenty of laughs and great memories made

So do you now who your people are? How do you know? Do you go out of your way to keep in touch? Or do you keep yourself to yourself

Life is for living, do you?

Have You Ever Judged Someone Too Quickly?

We all do it—whether we realise it or not. A quick glance, a brief interaction, and suddenly, we think we know someone’s story. But do we really?

I recently had a conversation that made me pause and reflect on my own biases. While my husband was in the hospital, I spoke to a cleaner—a woman many might overlook in their daily routines. What I learned about her completely changed my perspective. She wasn’t just a cleaner; she was multilingual, resilient, and had a rich life story that I would have never known had I not taken the time to listen.

How often do we make snap judgements about people based on their job, appearance, or background? And how much do we miss out on because of it?

Learn from me because I can't believe I did this!

Do you know what held me back from starting my coaching business?

Creating a website! I was already a good coach!

I then self-coached myself, did a bit of research and created my website 👍

I could have held myself back because I thought I couldn't, but I could!

So learn from me, just do it! It may not be perfect, but you'll learn, you'll make it better and you'll grow as a person. You can achieve more than you think you can 💙

I can count my best friends on one hand

They have been there at my best times and more importantly, at my worst times

They have always offered honest advice and are always there to support me through thick and thin, giving hugs and wiping my tears or making me laugh when I didn't think I could

Support networks are so important, and this can include good friends, best friends, people who are unbiased such as a coach

Did you know I was going to wait until a big birthday to do this?

I had someone say why wait? And I thought, yes, why wait? So I booked it and jumped 🛩

So glad I didn't wait, in fact, I enjoyed it so much, I did it again, both for charity
