Coaching can be a bit of an enigma, and sometimes not thought of as an option to progress and grow

As a coach, I've witnessed incredible breakthroughs, like one of my clients who felt she was being held back from progression. This impacted her confidence and how she interacted with her colleagues. We worked together to uncover what was really going on. It revealed things she hadn't even considered. After a few sessions, her mindset changed and this came across positively to her seniors. Time is the greatest gift we have

Watching my son learn to snowboard was a reminder of that. His natural talent amazed us, while we struggled to keep up

But amidst the falls and laughs, we found joy in learning together as a family. Learning from each other, cherishing precious moments, and embracing the journey

Do you know?

It took me a really long time to understand my worth. It didn't come easy, I had lots of wobbles and setbacks along the way

I have high standards and was told to lower them. I started setting boundaries. I was called a disruptive influencer. I'll take that!

It took a while for those around me to get used to that, but it's now the norm and now I help others with coaching them to be their best selves
