How time flies! Our current block of Postnatal Sessions is coming to an end and it has been an absolute pleasure to have even with more women and their babies joining me in the gym 🙌🏼

As a mum of three myself, I absolutely love being able to provide a safe and supportive environment for mums to train, alongside other mums and all their babies.

I know that being a new mum can be tough and for some, a lonely time. My postnatal sessions help women to rebuild their strength, support their recovery and day-to-day living, as well as provide them with something that is for them.

✨✨ B L O C K • S I X✨✨

✨ Our next block will be starting at the beginning of May and I have a handful of spaces to fill ✨

As you will be the only people in the gym, you will be able to attend the sessions with your baby (no need to find childcare).

The weekly gym session, of which there are two days to choose from, is planned specifically for your needs.

All sessions are focused on rebuilding strength, core function and posture, as well as, supporting recovery after childbirth 👶🏼

If you have had a baby within the past nine months, this could be for you.

I've seen a lot of women having a difficult week; not feeling it. Finding things hard. Struggling through.

Despite all this, or perhaps because of this, they've come in for their session.

They've shown up for themselves.

They've lifted the weights and lifted one another.

They've left feeling lighter. And stronger.

Much stronger - physically and mentally.

That's what we do - every single week.
