Our mum plus 1 class Lots runs every Tuesday at 10am. It is suitable for postpartum mums that are fit to return to exercise, if you are unsure please get in touch.

All babies very welcome, especially the cuddly ones 😍

We help mums rebuild their strength and confidence through a progressive approach to cardio, core strength, pelvic floor rehab exercises and full body strength and fitness. Helping you to feel strong and ready to take on all that being a parent has to offer.

Your first class is free. You can pay as you go for classes with no membership commitments or you can buy a pack of 10 discounted classes.

Bench Pistol Squats

Love them or hate them these are a fantastic exercise that I use with all of my clients. It is great for:

Balance
Foot stability
Ankle mobility
Quad strength
Glute Activation
Glute strength

Practice at home! If you can’t keep the foot lifted place the heel on the floor in front of you and try just lifting it for the sit down part.

Meal prep doesn’t need to be complicated and it can make your evening’s totally stress free.

This super easy BBQ chicken slow cooker recipe took 5 minutes to throw together and has made the house smell delicious.

Add all of the following to your slow cooker:
1.6kg chicken
1 clove or 1tsp garlic granules
2 tsp Dijon mustard
3 tsp sweet smoked paprika
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp dried coriander
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tbsp honey
1 tin chopped tomatoes (400g)
Give everything a good mix and leave on low for at least 4 hours. Mine has been on for 8 hours.

Serve with a
• Slaw: shredded cabbage, grated carrot. 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp toasted seeds
• Brown rice
• Black beans or kidney beans
• Avocado

For a healthy, tasty, high protein, high fibre family dinner.

What are you planning to eat this week?
When your week is busy, meal choices are limited or you are trying to stick to healthily choices a Sunday Meal Prep can really get you off to a good start.

But meal prep doesn’t have to be cooking, it could be buying the food you need or writing a simple meal plan.

My meal prep meals this week:
Breakfast Protein pancakes
High fibre porridge dry mix

Roasted vegetable, chickpea & chicken traybake for lunches

Beef mince out of the freezer to make root vegetable cottage pie tomorrow

Served with purple sprouting broccoli, frozen peas & tinned artichoke hearts, sautéed with water, garlic & sesame seeds.
