Our mum plus 1 class Lots runs every Tuesday at 10am. It is suitable for postpartum mums that are fit to return to exercise, if you are unsure please get in touch.

We help mums rebuild their strength and confidence through a progressive approach to cardio, core strength, pelvic floor rehab exercises and full body strength and fitness. Helping you to feel strong and ready to take on all that being a parent has to offer.
