It's a pond skater.

I haven't seen one since I was a kid growing up in the New Forest.

It does something it shouldn't be able to do; it skates on water.

And today I saw hundreds of them on the canal.

Literally hundreds.

I'm at a bit of a cross roads in my life and it's reminded me that anything is possible.

Literally anything.

You just have to choose it powerfully enough.

Friday FAQ

Rachel, what happens if I don't go into a past life?

Short answer: we will do some other kind of healing

Long answer: this is one of THE top things that people worry about. Honestly, almost everyone can, even those who are completely sceptical. I have a LOT of techniques to help you. However, I have noticed that about 1% don't for some reason. This is NOT a reflection on you (or me). It's just one of those things. Maybe you werent ready, maybe it wasnt the right time, maybe your soul/subconscious knows something else would be more beneficial for you at that time. The session won't be wasted, we will do other deep healing which will benefit you just as much.

What I've noticed about Witches, including me, is that deep down, they know what they want to do.

They know what they want to say
How they want to say it
Who they want to help
But they're afraid - of course
Of criticism, of failure, of success
Of all the things.

Get still
Breathe

Ask yourself, if there were no criicism, no failure, no fear, what would I want to say, what would I want to do, how would I want to do it?

Start small.
One post, one expression, one tweak.
Honour yourself first.
Honour yourself more than all those other people out there.
Honour yourself in all the tiny ways that come before the big.

Friday FAQ:

Rachel, what if I see something scary or traumatic in a past life? I'm scared of this happening.

Short answer: There are lots of things we can do to prepare for this or stop it happening. Read below.

Long answer:

1. You will be in a meditative state where things don't feel as scary or traumatic as in real life.
2. I will also encourage you to float above the scene if anything feels overwhelming (ie disociate). We can do the healing from there (a bit like timeline therapy) or we can go in and out of the scene until it feels manageable.
3. I will be keeping a VERY close eye on you. I am your Guide and will be guiding the session. I will always keep you safe.
4. Plus of course, you can pause or stop the session at any time or fast forward to another scene. Part of the healing IS being able to face and heal whatever happened, but we will do it in a manageable way.
5. Plus your Soul/subconscious will ONLY EVER take you somewhere you are ready to go. 💜💜

Rachel, will I be in control during a past life regression? I feel a bit scared.

Short answer: You retain control at all times.

Long answer: If you've ever done any mediation or creative imagery work, it's a bit like that, it actuallyfeels quite nice. You won't be in a deep trance where you don't know what's going on. I will be asking you questions throughout and you will be answering me. You are fully in control and can stop at any time.

Wednesday Wisdom:

Witches live at the intersection of intuition and fear.

History has not been kind to them.

They have learnt to quash their own instincts just to be safe.

And yet, they can't bring themselves to totally abandon themselves either.

A constant push pull. Wanting to move forward but wanting to be safe also. It becomes exhausting.

So what to do about it?

The ‘healing of course to address the fear, I am a healer after all, but something you can do for yourself, today, everyday?

Start small. Start listening to yourself.

‘What would I do, say, respond, feel, if I weren't afraid?’

Stop there.

Step one is just tuning in to yourself. Becoming aware.

Step two is deciding whether to do the thing. You can keep that for another day If you want, or for never. There’s no need to overwhelm your system.

Wednesday Wins:

My client used to be a massive lurker. Scrolling scrolling. Absorbing everything, never commenting.

We didn't specifically work on this, we worked on fear of judgement in general.

She's noticed she's now commenting naturally, not because she 'ought' to but because she feels inspired to.

No fear of being seen, no judgement. She's not doing this FOR her business in a mechanical way, but it's certainly having a knock on effect. More people noticing her, more people contacting her.

But best of all, she feels more confident, better in her own skin.

So pleased for her!! 💜💜
