Regretably, we are no longer hiring out tandems. A decline in bookings and growing demand for e-bikes has made the operation unviable. Thanks to everyone who has supported us and discovered for themselves how much fun tandeming can be. Several of our bikes have already been found new homes, but if you’d like to purchase one at a bargain price feel free to get in touch as we still have some available.

One of our tandems recently featured in a music video by the electronic soul band, Honne. The video is promoting the duo’s latest song, ‘Imaginary’. Our tandem, a lovely retro Swallow Toucan, can briefly be seen being ridden across a field halfway through the video that was filmed in Somerset close to the family home of the band’s singer/producer, Andy Clutterbuck.

Have tandem will travel! Most of our bikes are used to explore and enjoy the Somerset Levels, but occasionally our tandems are taken further afield to places such as the Camel Trail in Cornwall. Pictured are three ladies who enjoyed their first tandem adventure along the trail from Wadebridge to Bodmin.
