not because it didn’t work,
but because it never truly felt like yours.

A deep knowing that what you’re meant to build can’t be confined by fear, old rules, or playing small to keep others comfortable.

For a long time, I gave my power away to keep the noise down.
To keep things “safe.”
To avoid rocking the boat.

But deep down… I always knew.

This leap wasn’t reckless.
It was rooted.
It was intentional.
It was listening to that inner voice that kept saying, there’s more for you here.

Sometimes growth doesn’t ask for permission.
It asks for faith.

And choosing yourself is the bravest thing you’ll ever do.

A few weeks back I was asked to step up and join the beautiful in the competition.
I have never been pushed harder in my life. Having a whole team come along and compete from alongside our beautiful family and friends cheering us on was honestly such a highlight for me.
and you had my back the whole way and helped me in every moment I thought I couldn’t go further ❤️

Playing small in biz even in the toughest moments won’t get you far.

You ignore the issue’s but they keep rising.
You hide
You pretend that they will sort themselves out.
Your gut was right in the first place.
Playing small doesn’t mean in the risks you take.

It’s in the hard conversations
The hard decisions
And playing to what the bigger picture is.

You are not a bad person if you are making decisions based off what your company needs.
Playing small in those moments won’t make the icky times go away. They just prolong what needs to be done quicker before the mess becomes too much to clean up.

Play big in the moments that need it most.
Not just in taking the bigger Risks.
