The biggest shift in my business didn’t come from a new strategy. It came from getting incredibly clear on exactly who I’m building this for.

Not age.
Not income.
But who they are.
How they start their mornings.
The coffee they order.
The music they listen to.
The way they choose to move their body.
The conversations they enjoy.
The standards they hold themselves to.
The environment they want to be part of.
The more I understood that person, the more everything else started to align.

The space itself.
The people it attracts.
It stops being about offering something for everyone, and starts being about creating a home for the right ones, and that’s when things really start to land.

The right people feel it. They lean in.
