🌟What a weekend for the U9 Wildcats🌟

Saturday morning they travelled to Abbey Meads to play in thier tournament. They played 3 really strong opposition but they kept their heads up and dug deep on the pitch. They were humbled to be presented the Fair Play award which is what the sport should be all about❤️

Sunday they travelled to Salisbury for the Barford Hornets festival. They took two teams, both battled against each other for the plate. PVYFC 1 met Amesbury in the final and it was pretty neck and neck up until the final minute where a beautiful goal seen them bring the Silverwear home

Three of our teams travelled to Berkshire for a super competitive morning of football.

U10s had a great morning and both the Wolves and Falcons came away with Silverwear.

For the U8s they had a super day, finally losing in the ‘FA cup final’

Wonderful see both teams enjoying the day together ❤️

New age group to our club this year and what an amazing start for them.

They played in their first tournament at Highworth this weekend and had such fun scoring thier first goals against other teams.
They won 4 of their 5 games showing what talent they have already gained in the year of training. We are super excited to see them in the league this year. Roll on September 🥳

⚽️ Wildcats Girls Football ⚽️

What a fantastic session on Tuesday at Pewsey Vale Youth Football Club! We were delighted to welcome 23 girls who all took part with great enthusiasm, energy and big smiles throughout the evening.

It’s brilliant to see so many girls enjoying football, developing their skills, making new friends and building confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Our Wildcats sessions run every week and are open to girls who want to get involved in football, whether they’re complete beginners or already love the game.

If your daughter would like to join us, or you’d like more information, please get in touch – we’d love to hear from you!

As a club, we’ve made the decision to pause all training sessions for the next three weeks while we carry out essential work on our pitches to prepare them for the new season.

The goal mouths have now been fenced off, and we kindly ask everyone to stay off the pitches during this time to help us get them in the best possible condition.

⚽🏆 Pewsey Vale Youth Football Club – Presentation Day 2026 🏆⚽

What an incredible day we had at our End of Season Presentation Day on Saturday 6th June!

Despite the rain pouring for much of the day and the strong winds making their presence felt, the weather certainly didn’t dampen the spirits of our players, coaches, volunteers and families. It was fantastic to see so many smiling faces come together to celebrate another successful season at PVYFC.

A highlight of the day was seeing each of our coaches personally congratulate their players and present awards and trophies, recognising achievements both on and off the pitch. Congratulations to all of our award winners, whose awards were voted for by parents, players and managers. Every player should be proud of what they have achieved this season.

Presentation Day is one of our biggest fundraising events of the year, and we are delighted to announce that, despite the challenging weather conditions, we raised an amazing amount for the club. Every penny raised will be reinvested into the club to support our members and create even more opportunities for our young players.

A huge thank you goes to everyone who helped make the day such a success. Whether you were setting up gazebos, preparing the grounds, running the bar, organising the raffle, serving on the BBQ or helping behind the scenes, your support was invaluable. Events like this simply wouldn’t be possible without our incredible volunteers.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to all of our sponsors for their continued support throughout the season and on Presentation Day itself. We are also extremely grateful to everyone who generously donated raffle prizes – your contributions helped make the day even more special.

Most importantly, our players were a credit to the club throughout the day. Their enthusiasm, behaviour and team spirit made us all proud, and we hope they enjoyed being recognised and celebrated for their hard work, commitment and achievements this season.

As another fantastic season comes to a close, we’ll enjoy a short break before preparations begin for the next one. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to training in the coming weeks and creating even more memories together.

Thank you once again to everyone who attended, supported and contributed to making Presentation Day 2026 such a success.
