Hello everyone!

Just a quick update - there will be no bootcamp session tonight due to the extreme heat. Please stay safe, drinks lots of water and be careful to take regular breaks from the sun!

We'll be back in action this coming Wednesday at Enford Village Hall, hopefully it will be a bit cooler by then!

Lastly, me and Amy are away this coming Friday 22nd, so there won't be a session on that evening as well - but we will be back at it on Monday 25th here at River House in East Chisenbury for our first session here!

Hi, Amy here! We had so much fun at our first class last night that we forgot to take a single photo! Thank you Ed, Kate, Alana and Debbie for coming along to our debut session! I’m confident you’re all feeling the burn today 🤭💪

Thank you Sam Tyrrell for leading a wonderful mindfulness meditation for us to end on - a brilliant way to close the class.

Looking forward to seeing our starting crew and new faces next week!

So lovely to connect with you - we’ve had such a warm welcome from the Avon Valley community and a lot of interest in the bootcamp already!

The basics: Classes are 7pm Wednesday at Enford Village Hall. Book on the website - first class FREE, next 3 classes £5 each when you book before the 1st of July.
