My face when someone says “I’m going to just eat healthier to lose weight” 😅🐶
Did you know that “eating healthier” & “losing weight” are two different goals?🤔
I mean sure, off course they fall under the same umbrella but they’re very different
If you want to eat better you can slap some more veggies on your plate, snack on fruit & switch to more fibrous carbs 🥳
And this is all great stuff
But has this helped you lose weight?
I mean possibly, but not necessarily 😬
A calorie is a calorie
Sure, some choices have more nutrients than others
but 500 calories of organic hand-caught salmon is exactly the same as 500 calories of deep fried cod from your local chippy
So just because you snack on nuts now instead of biscuits
Or a flapjack instead of brownie
Or oat milk instead of cows milk
Means absolutely 🦆 all from a fat loss point of view
Absolutely none.
To lose weight you need to do just one thing:
👉🏼👉🏼 Eat less calories 👈🏼👈🏼
99% of people who I talk to have great diets
All they need to do is eat a little less consistently 🤯
If you’ve read this far I bet my bank balance you’ve got a pretty damn good diet, so all you need to do is eat less than you currently are
