I got to take an inspiring yoga practice on Zoom today with the Baron Baptiste, his son Malachi and thousands of yogis from all over the world, many of whom I am lucky to have as friends. Am truly blessed to be part of such a wonderful community.

One day I hope to take a practice with him in person. 🙏🏻

Today I taught my first online Pilates and Vinyasa Flow yoga classes and 1:1 Pilates sessions. 😅

Those who know me well are more than aware that technology is not my forte. “I felt the fear and did it anyway” and it was “perfectly imperfect” and all the better for it.
We had some techno issues and it’s not the same as physically being in a class but we were most definitely “better together”. ❤️🙏🏻🧘‍♀️

19.00-20.15 Vinyasa flow Yoga

Wednesday
19.00 Classical Pilates Mat

9.00 Classical Pilates mat
10.15 Vinyasa Flow yoga (1 hour)
1130 Classical Pilates mat (progression/intermediate)
