Loneliness Awareness Week 💚
This is a reminder of how important connection, community and shared experiences really are—and volunteering can play a powerful role in bringing people together.
At Queen Elizabeth Country Park, we see the positive impact of volunteering every day. Whether it’s working side by side in our groups 🌿, sharing knowledge through talks and walks, or simply chatting over tea & biscuits (and the occasional cake!), our volunteers build friendships and a real sense of belonging.
Volunteering isn’t just about the work we do—it’s about the community we create 💚
If you—or someone you know—would like to get involved, we run regular induction and taster sessions. You’d be very welcome to join us. To register interest follow the link below
