Says it all, really.

My take on this: without a genuine love of the craft and a search for fun in practice, we easily stray from the way.

If we can remember WHY we started, we can always find the joy in the repetition—even in the basic blocks and stances.

It's been a while (Best part of a year) but the inspiration to write a blog has returned. I hope it's of value.... rescuing a trapped butterfly helped me process an element of Bushido
