I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and are looking forward to the start of the New Year.
I’m so excited to be back teaching after an incredible trip to Iceland, I had my first classes back this morning and I was so pleased to see how many people were eager to get moving again. The week between Christmas and New Year with all the build up to one day and the lull after, before the hype of New Year’s Eve is a funny one. How are you spending your NYE this year? We’d love to hear!
January is generally a super busy time for us and most others in the fitness industry. After all the food and drink over the festive period January tends to be the time everyone focuses on fitness, this is amazing as we have so many new faces join us but we want to encourage everyone to get moving to feel good, get addicted to the feeling after you’ve exercised, your body feeling looser, your back pain reducing and helping you connect more with your body.
