Today I’m looking at this table and still struggling to find the words.

Every flower, every card, every gift, every bottle, every box of chocolates and every thoughtful gesture is a reminder of just how lucky I have been to be part of something so special.

Yesterday was one of the most emotional days of my life. The endless cuddles, the kind words, the well wishes, the stories, the laughter and yes… all the tears. I’m sorry if I cried with so many of you, but they weren’t tears of sadness alone. They were tears of gratitude and joy because I realised just how privileged I have been to know every one of you.

So many of you told me that MyoMuscle was your safe place, your second home, somewhere you felt accepted, supported and part of a family. The truth is, you became mine too.

Thank you for every hug that held me together yesterday. Thank you for every card you wrote, every beautiful gift you chose, every bunch of flowers you carried through the door, and every kind word that will stay with me forever.

You all made what could have been the hardest day of my life into one of the most beautiful. That is something I will never, ever forget.

The shutters may have come down, but what we built together never will. MyoMuscle was never just bricks, machines and weights. It was people. It was friendship. It was family. It was home.

From the bottom of my heart… thank you for allowing me to be part of your lives. I love every single one of you, and I will carry the memories, the hugs and the love from yesterday with me for the rest of my life. ❤️###

ONCE MYOFAM, ALWAYS MYOFAM ❤️🖤

Tomorrow we open the doors to MyoMuscle for the very last time.

I've been staring at this post for hours because I still don't know how to put ten years into words.

People will remember the equipment, the music, the competitions and the workouts.

But that's not what made MyoMuscle special.

You did.

Over the years I've heard so many of you say, "This is my safe place." Others have called it their second home.

I don't think there's any greater compliment than that.

For some, it was the hour of the day where life made sense.
For others, it was the only place they felt they truly belonged.
Some of you met your closest friends here. Some met your partners here. Some rebuilt your confidence here. Some simply found people who understood them.

Some days you came for a workout...

Other days you came for a jaw workout at reception. 😂

How many times did someone say, "I'm only popping in for five minutes," and an hour later they were still stood at the counter putting the world to rights? Those conversations, the laughs, the banter and the friendships are every bit as much a part of MyoMuscle as the weights ever were.

Tomorrow, I don't want it to feel like a sad day

I want it to feel like everything MyoMuscle has always been.

A place full of laughter.
A place full of stories.
A place full of hugs.
A place full of people who genuinely cared about one another.

So if MyoMuscle has ever been part of your life, whether you trained with us for years or just for a short time, I'd love to see you tomorrow.

Come for one last session.
Come for one last jaw workout.
Come for one last photo.
Or simply come and stand in the place that so many of us have proudly called our second home.

Let's celebrate what we built together.

Because tomorrow we may close the doors...
..but we'll never close the chapter.

Thank you for every memory, every smile, every conversation and every moment you've shared with me over the last decade.

As the doors of MyoMuscle Gym are preparing to close for the final time, on the 31st July.There is one thing I want to say.

To all of the local gyms – Brett @ Fitness Factory , Kenny @ Biceps, Alan @ Hammer Strength, and every gym that will welcome members over the coming weeks – you’re not just gaining new memberships. You’re gaining some of the most respectful, supportive and genuine people I’ve ever had the privilege to know.

My MyoFam have always understood what a gym should be. They put their weights away. They respect the equipment. They encourage strangers, celebrate each other’s successes, pick people up on their hardest days, and have created an atmosphere that money simply cannot buy.

Over the last 10 years, we haven’t just built a gym. We’ve built a family.

To my MyoFam… thank you.

Thank you for believing in my dream of creating an amazing community , for trusting me, for filling these walls with laughter, determination, friendship and memories that I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. Every PB celebrated, every challenge overcome, every conversation at reception, every hug, every smile… you’ve made MyoMuscle far more than four walls and gym equipment.

So to the local gyms, I wish every one of you nothing but success. Please look after my MyoFam. They’ll bring positivity, respect, encouragement and an atmosphere that any gym would be proud to have.

And to my MyoFam… this isn’t goodbye. The building may close, but what we created together will always live on. You’ll always be MyoFam, and I’ll always be grateful that you allowed me to be part of your journey. You came as members and left as family !!

Take care of each other. Keep supporting each other. Keep being the incredible people you are.

❤️ To My MyoFam ❤️

Over the last few weeks, I've been overwhelmed by the love, support and kindness so many of you have shown me. Every message, every hug, every conversation and every person who's walked through the doors has reminded me just how lucky I've been to spend the last 10 years surrounded by such incredible people.

Because of financial constraints, I've had to make the difficult decision to reduce our opening hours for our remaining weeks. It's not something I ever wanted to do, but it's the right decision at this stage.

From Saturday 18th July our opening hours will be:

🖤 Monday – Friday: 6:00am – 7:00pm
🖤 Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am – 2:00pm

As we come to the end of this chapter, there's one thing I'd really love.

I'd like to invite every member, past and present, to join us on Friday 31st July for one final MyoFam get-together. Not to say goodbye with sadness, but to celebrate everything we've achieved together over the last 10 years.

Come and train, have a coffee, share a few laughs, catch up with old friends and be part of one last day that I know will be filled with everything that has always made MyoMuscle so special.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in me, supporting MyoMuscle and making this little gym into something so much bigger than four walls and a room full of equipment. The memories we've created together will stay with me forever.

I hope to see every one of you before we close our doors, and I truly hope you'll join us on Friday 31st July to celebrate an incredible 10-year journey.

❤️ To Our Myofam ❤️

It is with an incredibly heavy heart that I share the news that Myomuscle's final day of trading will be 31st July.

This decision has not been an easy one. Due to changes in my family circumstances, I have had to make the very difficult decision to close our doors after almost 10 unforgettable years.

When Myomuscle first opened, I could never have imagined the community that would grow within these walls. What started as a gym became so much more – it became a family. Together we have celebrated achievements, supported one another through challenges, laughed, cried, and created friendships that will last a lifetime.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my bro, Brian, who built the dream that was Myomuscle and entrusted me with carrying it forward when I took over the business in 2020. I will always be grateful for the faith he placed in me, and I hope I have done him proud by continuing the values, community, and passion that made the gym so special.

To every member who has walked through our doors, trusted us with your health and fitness journey, attended classes, shared your successes, or simply stopped for a chat – thank you. Your loyalty, encouragement, and support over the past decade have meant more than words can ever express.

Myofam has never just been about exercise. It has always been about people, community, and belonging. Watching so many of you grow in confidence, strength, and friendship has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Although this chapter is coming to an end, the memories we have made together will stay with me forever. I am immensely proud of everything we have built together and deeply grateful to every single person who has been part of the Myofam journey.

Over the coming weeks, I hope to spend time with many of you and personally thank you for being such an important part of the last 10 years. I sincerely hope many of you will stay with us until our final day on 31st July so that we can enjoy these last few weeks together and celebrate everything that Myofam has meant to so many people.

If anyone has any questions, concerns, or simply wants to have a chat, please feel free to pop in and see me. I understand this news may come as a shock, and I will do my very best to answer any questions and support everyone through this transition.
