🌼 What We’ve Been Up To – May Update ❤️🖤
It’s been a busy and rewarding few weeks for Run Peterlee, with members really getting into the swing of marathon season.
🏃♀️ From trail marathons to the London Marathon, we’ve had runners taking on some huge challenges, while others are putting in the work behind the scenes with their training plans. The commitment and effort across the club has been brilliant to see.
🎯 It’s not just about the big races either – plenty of members have been quietly achieving personal milestones, whether that’s building distance, improving pace, or simply getting out consistently each week. Those wins matter just as much.
🌅 With the lighter nights and better weather, there’s been a real buzz around the club. More people out, more miles being shared, and plenty of good conversations along the way, it’s a great time of year to be running.

If you’re thinking about starting running, this is the perfect opportunity to come along and give it a try in a relaxed, supportive environment.
* New to running? We’ll help you build up step by step
* Already able to run around 3 miles (5k)? You can join us anytime and get straight involved with one of our groups. We have pace groups from 8 minute miles up to 12 minute miles along with beginners.
