Hi everyone,
Due to an increase in missed appointments, all bookings will now require a £10 booking deposit.
The deposit must be paid via bank transfer and no appointment will be confirmed until cleared funds have been received.
This deposit is non-refundable for no-shows or missed appointments.
The £10 secures your booking and will be deducted from your final bill if you go ahead with the repair.
This also covers the time spent providing quotes and allocating appointment time, even if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
As we are now heading into our busy season, please expect a 7–12 day workshop lead time for booking dates, due to existing appointments already scheduled.
