🥋 Gi Classes
For your first couple of sessions, you’re welcome to borrow a gi from us while you get started.

When you’re ready to get your own, we can point you in the direction of Valor.

Their gis are great quality, reasonably priced, and we may even have a discount code available — just ask! (You’re not required to wear Valor kit, though.)

Under your gi, please wear:
✅ Shorts with no pockets or zips

🤼 No-Gi Classes
Wear:
✅ A rash guard or t-shirt
✅ Shorts with no pockets, zips, buttons, or any hard attachments

The goal is to keep everyone safe and comfortable while training.
