Last year was filled with new experiences and challenges to overcome and to begin with I felt that the challenges were breaking me down both physically and mentally...
This is where learning to view each challenge differently helped me to realise that I wasn't being broken down but I was just reconstructing who I was to overcome the challenges I faced.
I have begun this year as I spent the last 10 days of last year overcoming the health challenges of being unwell but to see the silver lining in spending so long feeling ill has made me stronger mentally to challenge my body physically and mentally over the next year to future proof from spending so long wasted being under the weather.
These aren't new radical changes but small daily adaptions to my typical routines, small changes that everyone can add into their own daily routines.... these changes have helped me to become more organised in my daily life, more energy and a more positive outlook to what I want to achieve this year!!
