Choose wisely 💪🏼

You can do any type of of training under the sun. But you cannot leave out strength training if you want live longer.

I’ve personally tested this with biometrics and seen the difference.

Interestingly with sport specific clients strength training has only increased cardiovascular capacity. 🤩

We train ladies of all abilities with various goals. Prioritising you as an individual. Your specific biomechanics, focusing on technique, performance and progress. Without compromising or ignoring your health as a female. Which in its self is complex and needs to be understood and respected.

We train between 40-50 women daily in our small group PT sessions. All designed with YOU as an individual at the heart of what we do.
