One of the most effective techniques in Taekwondo is the back kick. It may look simple, but when performed correctly it’s one of the strongest and most powerful kicks in martial arts.

It’s great to see our students working hard on their back kicks, developing both their technique and their discipline. The effort they put in during training today builds the skills they’ll rely on in the future.

We’re proud to be partnering with Charlie Knowles for his upcoming MMA fight on the 4th of July.
Throughout his fight camp and on event day, our team will be providing comprehensive sports therapy support to help optimize performance, aid recovery, and ensure he is in the best possible condition heading into competition, while working closely alongside his coaching team, Steve Lloyd and Alex Andrews.
Follow along as we take you behind the scenes of Charlie’s preparation, showcasing his pre-event treatment, intra-event support, and post-event recovery.
