It's Saturday, and today I'm here on behalf of Fenland First Aid to teach the EFAW course.

Here at BJJ Impulse is a jujitsu gym. The manikins look like they've been put through their paces already.

🇬🇧 Gratitude is the word that best describes what I feel as I scroll through these pictures.

Having my mentor, my friends, my training partners and my family right there with watching the 2 most resilient people I know go from white belt all the way to black belt, that moment meant more than I can put into words.

It was the perfect way to kick things off in the new facility. Honestly, this was the easiest grading I’ve ever run, not because it was simple, but because of the energy in the room. The love, the support, the way everyone showed up for each other, that’s what made it unforgettable.

Jiu Jitsu has given me more than I could have ever imagined, I’m forever grateful for everyone that has contributed to this never ending Jiu Jitsu journey of mine.

Let’s keep inspiring. Let’s keep showing up even on hard days, Let’s stay consistent. Let’s keep bringing light into people’s lives one step at a time.

Ter meu mentor, meus amigos, meus parceiros de treino e minha família ali presentes, testemunhando a jornada das duas pessoas mais resilientes que conheço, da faixa branca à faixa preta, tornou aquele momento indescritível.

Foi a maneira perfeita de começar as coisas na nova academia. Sério, essa foi a graduação mais fácil que já conduzi, não por ser simples, mas pela energia no ar. O amor, o apoio, a forma como todos se uniram, isso tornou o momento inesquecível.

O Jiu-Jitsu me deu mais do que eu jamais poderia imaginar. Serei eternamente grato a todos que contribuíram para essa minha jornada infinita no Jiu-Jitsu.

Vamos continuar inspirando. Vamos continuar perseverando, mesmo nos dias difíceis. Vamos manter a consistência. Vamos continuar iluminando a vida das pessoas, um passo de cada vez.

This is a huge step up from our previous facility and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you all. The new academy features:
- Two mat areas (100m² and 60m²) giving you plenty of space to train,
- Capacity to run two classes simultaneously offering you a better experience and more flexibility,
- Separate boys’ and girls’ changing rooms a massive upgrade from our last facility
- Dedicated toilets for both boys and girls,
- Designated area to keep your gear organised.
