The countdown is officially ON! 💚🖤

Start times for the Strength Station Ergathon – Saturday 29th August are now released. Check your wave, find your partner and get ready to WORK!

5K SKI ERG ➡️ 10K BIKE ERG ➡️ 5K ROW ERG

20KM of pure endurance. No fancy skills. No shortcuts. Just you, your partner and how hard you’re prepared to push. 💪

We genuinely can’t wait to have you all down at Strength Station and watch you absolutely smash this endurance challenge!

A massive thank you has to go to , who came up with the idea for the Ergathon and has put a huge amount of work into organising the whole event and bringing everything together.
