Grading complete for our students at Krav Maga Mindset! 4 hours of blood, sweat and tears in the heat and great outcomes for everyone involved! Students were thoroughly tested on striking and grappling skills both standing and grounded as well as weapon defences, multiple attackers and fighting through crowds!

Me and keeping the blade sharp at instructor training this weekend. 3 1/2 hours of intense training with fellow instructors covering stick attacks, fighting in confined spaces and dealing with kicks on the ground with limited movement. Lead by the always excellent 🙏🏻
